Track spikes are intended to fit snug, but not tight. As a
result, most types of track spikes are constructed smaller than their running
shoe counterparts. For those who have never been fitted for Adidas Meteor track
spikes, we suggest ordering a half size larger than normal Adidas athletic
shoes. Women should consider ordering a half size smaller than normal women's
sizes. Correct fit, however, is the personal preference of the individual
athlete, and we do not guarantee fit based on the suggestion above. For more
