The Titan LD Adidas Track Spike incorporates a full length EVA midsole for total cushion coverage from heel to toe. It's suitable for distance events ranging from 800 Meters to 5000 Meters.

Adidas Titan Upper: Lightweight combination mini mesh, porous mesh with synthetic patent leather overlays. Mesh tongue with eyelet lace side tabs. Padded mesh heel and ankle liner.
Midsole: Full length sliver EVA with heel pad.
Outsole: Six spike, nylon spike forefoot plate. Rubber artificial shark skin heel provides enhanced traction on rubberized surfaces.
Weight: 6.72 oz (Size 9).
Color: Collegiate Navy/White/Silver Gray.
Profile: An Adidas track spike for distance runners of all levels. Suitable for track events 800 Meters or more. Includes one set of spikes and spike wrench.

Track spikes are intended to fit snug, but not tight. As a result, most types of track shoes are constructed smaller than their running shoe counterparts. For those who have never been fitted for Adidas track spikes, we suggest ordering a half size larger than normal Adidas athletic shoes. Women should consider ordering a half size smaller than normal women's sizes. Correct fit, however, is the personal preference of the individual runner, and we do not guarantee fit based on the suggestion above.
