Outsole: Six-Spike configuration conforms to the perimeter of the outsole to provide traction regardless of terrain. Full length, rubber outsole with beveled heel maximizes ground contact for better traction and conformity.

Women's cross country spikes are intended to fit snug, but not tight. For those who have never been fitted before for spikes, please note that running spikes are typically sized a half size smaller than most other types of athletic footwear such as running shoes or basketball shoes. When unsure of size, consider ordering at least 1/2 size larger than normal. A comfortable fit, however, is the personal preference of the individual athlete, and we do not guarantee fit based on the suggestion above.
