Each package contains one knee pad.
Measure around the leg at the patella (knee cap). Scale is based on inches.
Other factors such as personal fit preference and weight, may affect size choice.
As a result, we do not guarantee fit based solely on the scale above.

Note:
Only one wrestling knee pad per package. Thus, if you want a pair, you need to order in quanities of two. Size scale is based on circumference measurement around the center of the knee.
