Mizuno Volleyball Technology:
Mizuno Intercool™: A dynamic ventilation system that expels hot, humid air from inside the volleyball kneepad out into the atmosphere. During stretch, hot air inside the pad is transferred through a series of holes and channels within the exterior shell and is expelled through exhaust ports strategically located at various points.
VS-1™: Absorbs shock and enhances cushioning properties by resisting compression-set, thus extending the cushioning life of the volleyball kneepad. Unique shock absorbing thermoplastics elastomer positioned within the highest initial impact shock areas related to volleyball. Material is constructed from 70% vibration absorption material with the balance being E.V.A. and Isoprene rubber. The combination of all the materials facilitates excellent shock absorption. VS-1 is lightweight and has a durable memory (returns to original shape after initial impact) and is ideal for continuous force impact. VS-1 resists compression.
D.F. Cut™: Dynamic Function Cut™ is Mizuno's design technology that coordinates fabric characteristics with specific sports patterns, eliminating stress and allowing unrestricted motion for better performance.
