Schutt® XV Flex™ 80030 QB-WR Football Shoulder Pad.

The Schutt® XV Flex™ Football Shoulder Pad is built to mimic the Extreme Flex™ shoulder pads in every manner, but at a more economical price point. The XV Flex™ looks like the Extreme Flex™, and features many of the same performance features and benefits.

Schutt Armour Flex 80030 Shoulder Pad

Cutaway arch design allows complete freedom of movement and range of arm motion. Contoured plastic sub arch reinforces the arch for added strength with a low profile.
High impact, closed cell EVA foam is at the center of the XV Flex™ protection system. Ventilated with 5mm vapor holes, the EVA foam provides protection, but also helps circulate air around the body for better ventilation.
EVA sheet foam forms the core of protection. Covered on the outside by a breathable fabric for maximum air flow, the EVA foam is a ballistic breathable foam that features 5mm vent holes to maximize air circulation. The foam is pliable to wrap around the contours of the body.
Unique Energy Black Transfer System does exactly what it implies - when a player is hit, the vented Energy Blocks take the force of impact and disperses it over a wider area. Much less force from the hit is actually felt by the player.
Raised corrugations in the design make the shoulder pad stronger while 5mm holes in both the arch and throughout the pad promotes ventilation,
Aero-Dry™ spacer fabric is light and durable while providing moisture management properties.
2 point belt and harness system.
Stainless steel hardware.

For fitting, measure across the back from where you can feel the shoulder bone on one side to where the bone ends on the opposite side. The size scale is based on average height/weight ratio. Other factors may affect sizing. Football Shoulder Pads should be fitted by a qualified equipment manager before use. Scale above is a guide only, customer assumes responsibility for incorrect size selection. Football shoulder pads help provide the athlete with protection in the area that it covers. However, the user still assumes all risks entailed in actions. Schutt® and WePlay Sports® cannot guarantee freedom from injury.
