Notice All -3 BESR baseball bats that features an alloy barrel, such as this bat model, are automatically approved for high school use by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) throughout the 2011 season, but WILL NOT be approved for collegiate use commencing with the 2011 season. In rare instances, composite and/or alloy bats may be prohibited by state or local baseball organizations.

Warranties - Louisville Slugger TPX Baseball Bats

The Louisville Slugger TPX CB116 Omaha Baseball Bat carries a one-year | one-time, limited warranty which covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: major dents, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. The policy does not cover: bats that have been abused, altered or mistreated, bats that have been used in a commercial batting cage, bats that have been used in temperatures lower than 60 degrees, and bats which have been re-taped. All TPX Baseball Bat warranty claims must be directed to Louisville Slugger® as instructed with the accompanying warranty claim policy. Be sure to read the warranty first before use, and to keep receipt after purchase

In order to validate a warranty the following must be adhered to: The baseball bat must be purchased within the US and must be from a Louisville Slugger Authorized Dealer. The consumer must have their original computerized or written cashiers receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, PayPoint, etc. will not be accepted. Please Note: Bats returned for warranty without proof of purchase will not be warranted. Please do not attempt to return the product to your sporting goods dealer. Policy covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. The warranty does not cover: Baseball Bats that have been abused, altered in any way or mistreated, Bats that have been used in a commercial batting cages, Bats that have been used in temperatures under 15 degrees C (60 degrees F), Bats purchased at an auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of Louisville Slugger. Used bats purchased from re-sellers, any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty, Grip replacements. Louisville Slugger does not approve of or authorize the purchaser, or any other person, to physically alter the bat in any manner for use in any game under the jurisdiction or sponsorship of an association or organization that has set standards for performance bats. Alternations includes, but is not limited to: bat doctoring, rolling in a vice, hitting foreign objects other than approved balls, inner wall shaving, end-loading and any other action that is designed to change the character or performance attributes of the bat in any manner. Any suspected alternations of the bat will nullify the TPX bat warranty.

Return Policy - TPX Omaha® Baseball Bat

Our standard 30 day money back return privilege applies. However, baseball bats must be returned in the same, unopened, sealed, cellophane wrapper to qualify for a return. Louisville Slugger TPX baseball bats which have the seal removed may not be returned - even if bat has never been used. All warranty claims regarding TPX Omaha® baseball bats must be made with Louisville Slugger® as prescribed above.
