Does not include cup. To be effective, the Easton Baseball Sliding Short fit snug, but not tight. Padding provides protection in common areas of impact while sliding. Even with padding, "Strawberries" may still occur depending upon several factors: improper or over-aggressiveness of sliding techniques, and improper field conditions.
