Our shopping cart makes it easy to order online. Add contents
to your cart by clicking the "ADD" button located on each item description
page. Cart items can be edited or deleted as you continue browsing. Our unique
system also allows the shopper to figure shipping cost in advance so that total
cost can be better calculated. Items which do not have a shopping cart feature
such as an "ADD" button are not available online, and are for advertising
purposes only.
Our server utilizes an encrypted & secure
transaction.
After you submit your online order, you will be transferred
to our verification page. This secure document will verify your order, address
and other submitted info. It will also assign you an unique order number for
your reference. We recommend you print this verification page for your record.
If that is not possible, then at least write the order number.

operators speak english only. Use our shopping cart to estimate total cost
before calling.
We
do accept postal orders. You may use our
fax order sheet as a postal
order form. If that is not possible, you may use your own form. Use our
shopping cart program to figure the total cost, including shipping option. Mail
orders to the address located at the bottom of this page. Write orders in
english.
You may order by fax. We have a
fax order sheet which you may
print out. Then use it to write your order, and submit it to the fax number
written on the form. Submit your fax order to: 440-357-5890. Use
our shopping cart program to figure total costs including shipping method and
cost. Fax orders must contain a signature. Write orders in english.
Not recommended. However, you may use the e-mail to make adjustments to an
outstanding order or enquire about an order or product.

WePlay Sports usually ships international
orders within one week. Should we be out of a certain item, we will notify you
and make whatever type of arrangement you choose within our capability. To
ensure the quickest processing time, please be sure to accurately submit all
pertinent order information. This is true with regard to credit card orders as
all major creditors insist on accuracy, and will deny those that do not submit
correctly. We reserve the right to r efuse any order they deem incorrect.
Billing and Shipping Address must be the same.
You
may return any unused item for a complete refund minus the paid shipping cost
within 30 days after receiving your package. You may also exchange any unused
item within 30 days of receiving your package. However, you will be assessed
another shipping charge during the exchange. To return or exchange an item, you
must request a Return Authorization number. Items returned without an RA Number

All
amounts are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover
& JCB credit cards. Credit card orders are not processed until the day
merchandise is sent, not when the order is submitted. You may also pay by
International Postal Order. Personal bank checks are not accepted.
