First and foremost - always keep your receipt. Rawlings alloy & composite bats carries a limited, one-year, one-time manufacturer's warranty, and includes instructions and details within the cellophane wrapper. All claims should be addressed online to Rawlings Sporting Goods

or by phone 1-800-RAWLINGS. Please do not return the bat to us as Rawlings will not accept warranty claims from its dealers, no matter obvious the "defect". Note: Genuine wood baseball bats, such as ash and maple, carry no warranty of any kind unless specifically specified otherwise. Please read further on common Rawlings Bat Policies.
In order to validate a warranty the following must be adhered to: The baseball bat must be purchased within the US and must be from an Rawlings authorized dealer such as us. The consumer must have their original computerized cashiers receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, PayPoint, etc. will not be accepted. Please Note: Bats returned for warranty without proof of purchase will not be warranted. Policy covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. The warranty does not cover: Baseball Bats that have been abused, altered in any way or mistreated, Bats that have been used in a commercial batting cages, Bats that have been used in temperatures under 15° C (60° F), Bats purchased at an auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of Rawlings Sporting Goods. Used bats purchased from re-sellers, any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty, Grip replacements. Rawlings does not approve of or authorize the purchaser, or any other person, to physically alter the bat in any manner for use in any game under the jurisdiction or sponsorship of an association or organization that has set standards for performance bats. Alternations includes, but is not limited to: "bat doctoring", rolling in a vice, hitting foreign objects other than approved balls, inner wall shaving, end-loading and any other action that is designed to change the character or performance attributes of the bat in any manner. Any suspected alternations of the bat will nullify the Rawlings bat warranty.
Our standard 30 day money back return privilege applies. However, Baseball & Softball Bats must be returned in the same, unopened, sealed wrapper to qualify for a return. Bats which have the cellophane wrapping removed may not be returned - even if the bat has never been used. All warranty claims regarding Baseball & Softball bats must be addressed the manufacturer as specified above.
