General Nokona ® Warranty Policy

Nokona ball gloves and mitts are fully guaranteed for One Year against defective workmanship and material when used for the purpose intended under normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse. To request a return, please contact Nokona at info@nokona.com or call Nokono at 1-800-433-0957. You will be given a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on how to return your product. You will be required to provide a Proof of Purchase from the last 12 months. Upon receipt of the product, Nokona will inspect it and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Nokona knows that gloves can be a very sentimental treasure. Because their gloves are American made, they can perform full service work, including re-lacing and repairs on Nokona gloves well past its warranty expiration.
