SPRINT TRACK SPIKES

Sizing:
The most frequently asked question regarding sprint track spikes. Most track shoes are designed to fit snug. As a result, they are constructed to be more narrow, and are generally sized smaller than typical running or training shoes. For guys, we usually recommend selecting a half size larger than your regular running shoes. Ladies, we suggest selecting a half size smaller than your normal women's running shoe size. Women order a whole size smaller. For women's track spikes models, ladies may want to consider ordering a half size larger than their normal, women's running shoe size. Fit is still a matter of personal preference, however, and we can not be responsible for incorrect size selection.
