Technologies & Terminologies:
GRID Cassette System: A small cassette made of interwoven Hytrel™ elastomer that is inserted into a gap hallowed out in the heels of Saucony Shoes. Upon heel strike, the strings bend to the shape of the heel. The end result is enhanced cushioning and stability by centering the heel on impact.
(HRC) High Rebound Compound:: Made from an exclusive polymer that attenuates shock over an extended period of time, resists compression set and provides exceptional cushioning without inhibiting flexibility. Specifically designed to follow the center of pressure beneath the metatarsal heads during toe-off.
Midfoot Support Bridge: A rigid material in the shank area of the midsole keeps the foot neutral in the midfoot phase of the running gait cycle.

EVA: (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) A diverse midsole material which is durable, lightweight, and provides responsive cushioning. It remains the most used cushioning system of all types of athletic shoes.
Standard Last: Saucony's classic semi-curved last, well known for providing the classic Saucony fit; wide in the forefoot, narrow in the heel, and able to accommodate the average foot type.
XT-600: Exclusive Saucony carbon rubber outsole material which offers outstanding abrasion and traction properties. It is commonly found on high wear areas of Saucony running shoes.
XT-900: Saucony's carbon rubber outsole material which offers exceptional traction properties without sacrificing durability.
