We urge you to order online rather than by telephone. Our system is secure and safe. On line ordering eliminates errors in verbal communication and gives you a written printable copy and an on line order number as a reference.

Online Orders
Our shopping cart makes it easy to order online. Simply add contents to your cart by clicking the "ADD" button located on each item description page. Cart items can be edited or deleted as you continue browsing. Our unique system also allows the shopper to figure shipping cost in advance so that total cost can be better calculated. Items which do not have a shopping cart feature such as an "ADD" button may not be ordered online, and are for advertising purposes only. Questions or problems??? Please e-mail us.

Tips For Ordering On Line
1) Accurate address. Be sure to include apartment number or suite number when applicable.
2) Accurate address. If "ship to" address is a PO Box also provide a street address. Not all items can be sent to a PO Box.
3) Accurate email address. Make sure the email address you provide is the one you view daily. (We do not sell or exchange addresses with anyone.)
4) If your billing name and address is not the same as your shipping name and address there likely will be a delay while this potential for credit card fraud is investigated.

Our shopping cart program uses a cookie to store a unique shopping id. This id allows the program to store your cart contents up to two weeks as you browse our site or even other websites no matter how many times you log on or off. Most browsers allow the user to disable the cookie function. However, by doing so, the cart program will not be able to retrieve your cart contents and will render it as "empty".

Our order form is JavaScript powered which is a technical feature that's available on commonly used browsers. This allows the form to do some automated tasks such as figuring shipping costs and verifying correct data entry instantaneously. Many browsers give you the option to disable JavaScript which would in effect shut off the "automated" program. By doing so you will not be able to submit an order.

Once you submit your order, you will be transferred to our verification page. This secure document will verify your order, address and other submitted info. It will also assign you an unique order number for your reference. If possible, we recommend you print this verification for your record. If that is not possible, then at least record the order number.

Order by Phone
You may order by phone at 1-800-745-5586 or 440-357-5586. However, please feel free to use our shopping cart to estimate total cost beforehand. It is best advised to place phone orders during normal business hours. However, we do have extended hours from time to time.

Mail Orders
We recommend that you either phone or e-mail us to check stock availability before submitting your order. You may use our fax order sheet as your order form. If that's not possible, you may use your own form whether it's type-written or not. If you are not using our fax order sheet then please use our sheet as a guideline. Use our shopping cart program to figure the total cost, including shipping. Mail orders to the address located at the bottom of this page.

Faxing an Order
You may order by fax. For your convenience, we have a fax order sheet which you may print out. Then use it to write out your order, and submit it to the fax number indicated on the form. However, you may use your own fax order form if you choose or even a hand written order form. Submit your fax order to: 440-357-8085. Use our shopping cart program to figure total costs including shipping method and cost. Fax orders must contain a signature.

Purchase Orders
We accept pre-approved purchase orders from Government and educational institutions. To obtain approval please call 1-800-745-5586 during daytime hours 10 - 4 EST. In addition to the normal information, purchase orders must include signature from an authorized buyer. Purchase orders must be faxed or mailed. Use our shopping cart program to figure total costs including shipping method and cost if necessary.

E-Mail Orders
Not recommended. However, you may use the e-mail to make adjustments to an outstanding order or enquire about an order or product.

WePlay Sports® endeavors to ship purchases of in stock items within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your order. Should we be out of a certain requested item, we will notify you and make whatever type of arrangement you choose within our capability. To ensure the quickest processing time, please be sure to accurately submit all pertinent order information. This is particularly true with regard to credit card orders as all major creditors insist on accuracy, and will deny those that do not submit correctly. Also WePlay Sports® reserves the right to refuse any order they deem incorrect. If your billing address is different than your requested shipping address, this may extend processing time. You may return any unused item for a complete refund minus the paid shipping cost within 30 days after receiving your package. You may also exchange any unused item within 30 days of receiving your package. However, you will be assessed another shipping charge during the exchange. To return or exchange an item, you must request a Return Authorization number. Items returned without an RA Number will be refused. For more details about this policy, please click here.

Ninety five percent of our orders are fulfilled at our Painesville Ohio warehouse. Occasionally, we may drop ship from another location. Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days. If there is a delay in processing beyond 2 business days you will be notified. Actual transit time within continental United States will be between two and five days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Upon checking out in our shopping cart you may choose faster shipping methods. Our online shopping cart system makes it easy to determine estimated shipping cost. As each entry is placed or removed from the cart, the shopper will be able to view the updated shipping cost for the entire cart content. The default cost is the regular ground shipping rate, but you can also view the estimated cost for express delivery services such as "Next Day Air". Shipping charges are not based on the dollar value of items or at some fixed quantity/cost ratio. Instead, it is based on the true, overall weight of the cart items. Thus, two different items that cost exactly the same may not incur a different shipping amount. Our shipping charge is based on actual weight. Occassionaly, bulky items such as helmets, shoulder pads, etc., may incur an up-charge as imposed by the shipping carrier. We gladly accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover & JCB credit cards. Credit card orders are not processed until the day merchandise is sent, not when the order is submitted. Exceptions are custom or special orders. Click here if you are a new customer, and intend to pay with a Visa or Master Card. You may also pay by money order, cashiers' check or personal check. The latter will require at least five working days to clear before processing an order. Please do not send cash by mail or by any other form of delivery even if insured since most commercial carriers will not reimburse cash lost in transit. Sorry, we do not ship COD.

Occasionally a manufacturer may make cosmetic modifications to their product, description or packaging of the product. If the change does not affect the basic function of the item, the photo and description that is displayed is deemed correct. We strive for accuracy. All information posted on our website is current upon the day we post it onto our site. Then we update as sizes, styles and colors change. We date each page so that you are aware of its latest update. Nevertheless, some variances beyond our control may hinder content description, especially with regard to monitors (your computer/TV screen). Photo colors of many items will vary from one monitor to another depending on quality, setting, and the video card. For example, a dark green or navy blue color may appear as black on your monitor. This is especially true with WebTV browsers, whose TV screens cannot support the many color variations of many web photos. However, we do try to provide color description whenever possible.

As an aid to selecting the correct size, most items have a recommended size chart located somewhere the product page. Sizing charts aid in the choosing the correct size and are mostly based on the manufacturer's recommendations. Many factors go into the "perfect fit" and the sizing chart is not guaranteed to provide the correct size. A recommendation is a recommendation only and not a guarantee.
